Fonseca's repainted the interior of our house, replaced the cabinet and drawer fronts, and installed new cabinetry hardware. They also replaced ceiling fans and bathroom light fixtures. Alberto Fonseca is a perfectionist, and he has a positive, can-do attitude. Alberto and his crew did an exceptional job, Everything went smooth and the price we were quoted is what we paid even after they replaced some wood around window frames. Once the job was completed everything was cleaned up and put back in order. It’s been my experience that good relationships with contractors starts with personality and professionalism, but it only stays that way through skill, knowledge, and quality work. They took time to prep the house with pressure washing and having their carpenter fix any damaged spots of wood.
